At Lalit Gramodyog Sewa Evam Shiksha Samiti, we believe that education is not just about literacy, but also about equipping individuals with the skills needed to thrive in today’s world. Since 2013-14, our organization has been actively engaged in delivering structured skill training programs that open doors to employment, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.
In a rapidly changing economy, traditional education alone is not enough. Skill development bridges the gap between knowledge and employability, preparing youth and women to take on real-world challenges with confidence. Our training programs are designed to match industry requirements while promoting self-employment opportunities.
We are proud to be a recognized Training Partner under the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) and the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). These programs provide free skill-based education, industry certification, and placement support to thousands of candidates every year.
